I plan for my game to aimed at both females and males aged between 12-70, the reason for this is because my game will have quite a lot of violence and gore in it so i think this is a reasonable age rating. I also think that people around this age will be interested in a game like this because people within this age group tend to play a lot of action based adventure games. I also think that people this age will be able to play and understand the game as well as be able to use the control effectively.
I also aimed it toward quite a wide range of people because i plan on making the game where the player plays as the hero and it would be a good way to teach the younger end of the spectrum morals and the difference between good and evil. But i think it will appeal to older people to because it will have elements of gore and violence, as well as a good story line that even adults can get into.
